The Saltworks Sessions  have been introduced to the Marston Saltworks Museum By Ian Dutton and Bev Dean, both have a passion for live Folk Music and a love of the atmospheric space at the venue.

The space used is part of the original Marston Saltworks building, which now has ancient monument status. The site has recently had a multi million pound renovation and has proved to be the perfect venue for music performances. The audiences and performers have embraced this very special setting.

Thanks to Ian and Bev,  there is now a committed team. The Salt Museum and Macks Music have come on board to ensure the experience for performers and the audience is a memorable one.

​

The aim of the project is, to bring high calibre performers to an unsuspecting setting, and attract an audience, that would normally attend much lager venues.

A licensed bar is provided at all events.
